A DAY IN SIDYMA - SIDYMA HOMES - Lycian Way - Routes, book, map, guided&self-guided programs, GPS, locals

Whole story will follow very soon but at first we wanted to thank Brea and Fatma for their kind hospitality in our final day. It was a perfect decision to end our trip there.

Besides the camping preferences, history, sea&sun, Lycian Way needs these kind of accomodation options to show up all attractions as well...

ENGLISH - 07 MAY 2015 THURSDAY – SIDYMA HOMES

We were 13 people from several countries and nationalities. We departed from Alinca to Sidyma on 06 May 2015 in the morning and finalised our walk (14 km.) in Sidyma proposing to stay at Sidyma Homes.

A stop for coffee/tea, beer, food or evet to meet with them is OK but if you want to accomodate do not forget to call them for reservation before you go. (+90-536-474 07 73 / +90-536-725 17 95)

Everything was brilliant. Well decorated without losing its authenticity even rooms, enviroment etc.

Thanks to Brea and Fatma for their kind hospitality and contributing this accomodation option to Lycian Way.

In Sidyma (village called Dodurga) you’re able to see the ruins (mainly Roman), views of a standart village life and hospitality. Just leave your bags and go out for a sightseeing.

I believe, I write all these words on behalf to the whole group who have the same feelings... J

TURKISH - 07 MAY 2015 PERŞEMBE - SIDYMA HOMES

Farklı ülkelerden gelen 13 kişi 06 Mayıs 2015’te Sidyma’ya gitmek için Alınca’dan yola çıktık. Hedefimiz akşam Sidyma’ya ulaşıp orada konaklamaktı.

Kahve / çay, bira veya yemek, hatta için uğrayıp tanışmak için sorun yok ama kalmayı planlıyorsanız gitmeden önce rezervasyon için mutlaka aramanızı tavsiye ediyoruz. (0536-474 07 73 / 0536-725 17 95)

Her şey beklediğimizden de güzeldi. Odalar ve çevre özgünlüğünü kaybetmeden, çevreye zarar vermeden dekore edilmişti.

Nezaketleri ve misafirperverliklerinin yanında, Likya Yolu’na bu konaklama seçeneğini ekledikleri için Brea ve Fatma teşekkürler etmek gerekiyor.

Sidyma’da (şimdiki adıyla Dodurga) özellikle Roma döneminden kalma kalıntıları, köy hayatını ve konukseverliği görmek için durmanızı tavsiye ederiz. Çantalarınızı bırakıp köy içerisinde ve kalıntılar arasında dolaşabilmek mümkün.

Yürüyüşe gittiğim grubun da benimle aynı fikir ve düşünceler içerisinde olduğunu düşünerek herkes adına tekrar teşekkür etmek istedik...
